She is familiar with the process of building and construction, and adds tremendous value to her clientele. As a licensed broker and investor herself, Grace has worked hard and built solid relationships with both investors and builders to help achieve value. Having been a Hudson County resident since 2013, she has an immense knowledge of the market in Jersey City and all surrounding areas.

In May 2022, Grace decided to focus on the area of real estate she enjoyed the most, development and commercial, and since has joined Hudson Digs Realty, centrally located in the Heights of Jersey City. Since then, Grace has closed several development deals while maintaining a high level of service with her past clients and building her business mostly through referral due to the high level of trust they have placed with her. Grace has worked hard over the years to establish a great reputation with both her real estate peers and community.
