Paula Bangcaya

- Paula Bangcaya has a strong work ethic and approaches every situation with a strategic mindset. She began her real estate career as director of first impressions at a top brokerage in New York City. Clients praise Paula’s welcoming demeanor, honest approach, market knowledge, and never-give-up attitude. She works hard to reach her clients’ goals and takes pride in creating lasting, trusting relationships with them.

Paula is passionate about her hometown of Secaucus. She is grateful to be part of its thriving community. She studied business management at New Jersey City University while working in NYC’s hospitality industry. There, she served clients from all over the world and from all walks of life. Those ten years of experience in customer service expanded her network and sharpened her ability to communicate effectively and solve problems quickly.

In her free time, Paula is a lead vocalist for one of the top cover bands in New Jersey. She loves to travel, spend time with family, and speaks Tagalog as her second language. Paula stays active by hiking and playing sports to balance her foodie appetite. She shares her home with her husband and her chi-spaniel pup, Baxter.
